1 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 cups homemade almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix (you can make your homemade version with the recipe in my upcoming cookbook - Pre Order link in our bio 🥳)
2 scoop Collagen powder (use vegan collagen for the vegan version)
➡️Place the pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly (about 6 minutes) until it thickens a bit (so our creamer won’t be so liquid).
➡️In another small pot place the almond milk, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and collagen and stir until dissolved.
➡️Add the pumpkin mixture and heat your creamer while stirring constantly (don’t let it boil).
➡️Serve immediately over just brewed coffee or store it in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.
